- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a bowl, mix eggs and Greek yogurt until smooth
- Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt
- Stir in apple cider vinegar and olive oil
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan
- Bake for 30–40 minutes, until golden brown
