  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a bowl, mix eggs and Greek yogurt until smooth
  3. Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt
  4. Stir in apple cider vinegar and olive oil
  5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan
  6. Bake for 30–40 minutes, until golden brown
  7. Let cool before slicing and enjoy 🤍
