Farm Fresh Chicken & Rice with Herb Butter 🤍

From the Farm to Your Kitchen

There’s something special about knowing where your food comes from.

Lately, I’ve been trying to use more ingredients from local farmers—simple, real food raised with care. I’m not sponsored by this, I just genuinely love sharing things I’ve personally used and enjoyed.

For this recipe, I used chicken broth from a local farm I found, and it truly made a difference in flavor. It’s rich, comforting, and reminds me that the best meals don’t have to be complicated—just real.

🌿 A Local Favorite I Personally Use

I love supporting local farms that raise their animals naturally and focus on quality.

The broth I used is made from real chicken—not powders or shortcuts—and you can taste that in every bite.

🍲 Ingredients

  • 4 cans chicken broth (or local farm broth)
  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 1–2 small bags of rice
  • 2–3 tbsp rosemary
  • 2–3 tbsp tarragon
  • Salt & pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a pan, melt the butter and add rosemary and tarragon. Let the flavors blend together.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the butter mixture, coating well.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake until golden brown, flipping halfway through. The butter keeps it tender and full of flavor.
  5. In the same pan with the remaining butter mixture, add your rice and lightly brown it.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer until the rice becomes soft and fully cooked.
  7. Serve the chicken over the rice and enjoy a warm, comforting meal.

🤍 From My Kitchen to Yours

This is one of those meals that feels like home—simple, filling, and made with love.

Using real ingredients, especially from local sources, brings a whole new level of comfort to your cooking.
